Dr. Casey received her Bachelors in Kinesiology at Penn State University in 2017 where she was a 4 year Letterman on the Varsity Swim Team. During that time, she was a 2x Olympic Trials Qualifier, 3x NCAA qualifier, held 2 school records and was Team Captain her senior year.
Casey took a gap year where she became involved in Surf Lifesaving and over the last 5 years has traveled with the USA National team as a competitor to New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, Japan, and Italy. In 2018 she then went to The University of Florida and completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2021. She followed that with an Orthopedic Residency which allowed her to sit for the exam to become a board certified Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS). She has worked with clients as young as 8 years old all the way up to 98 years old. Casey also specializes in working with middle school and high school athletes of all caliber looking to stay injury free and creating a strength and conditioning foundation that is sport specific.
